Testing the Creative Before Spending the Video Production Budget: Everyuth Naturals Case Study
Everyuth Naturals
Everyuth Naturals is a leading skincare brand from Zydus, offering a range of facial care products across the Indian market. For its Tan Removal Face Wash, the brand was developing a digital video campaign aimed at young women between 18 and 25.
The Ask
Everyuth wanted to validate the campaign creative before committing to a full production.
Traditionally that means a rough animatic - storyboard frames, a scratch track, and a consumer research group being asked to imagine the finished film. Everyuth wanted something closer to the real thing: an AI-powered animatics film with enough fidelity that research respondents could react to the creative itself rather than to a sketch of it.
The output had to be production-grade, carry the brand's playful, youthful register, and be usable in consumer research that would decide whether the concept went into full-scale production.

Why this was hard
An animatic for consumer testing has a strange requirement: it has to be good enough to trust, and cheap enough to be worth producing before going into full-scale production.
Push fidelity too low, and the research measures the animatic rather than the idea - respondents react to rough visuals based on vague ideas, and the brand learns nothing about the creative. Push costs too high and the exercise defeats its own purpose, because a test film that costs a meaningful fraction of the production budget becomes risky in itself.

Then there is the specific difficulty of the format. This is a narrative with a recurring character, a product that has to be legible and accurate in frame, and transitions that need to be read as intentional. Generative models are unreliable at exactly these things - a character who shifts between shots, a product that isn't quite the product, cuts that don't connect. Any of those failures would show up in research as a reaction to the film's strangeness, confusing the audience and diluting the brand.
And it had to be finished fast enough to sit in front of a research group without delaying the campaign.
How We Ran It
Everything was decided before anything was generated.
We started from the approved script and built the characters and storyboard around it, rather than generating clips and assembling them afterwards. Every frame was created and approved before a single clip was generated.
That sequence is what holds character and environment consistency across scenes, carries product details accurately through the narrative, and produces transitions that connect rather than collide. It's the working method behind all our AI videos.

Then we built to commercial standard, not animatic standard. Storytelling, visual continuity, character interactions, cinematic framing and product communication all had to align, because the film's job was to stand in for a commercial in front of real consumers.
Brief to delivery: 8 days.
What Everyuth did not have to do
Commit production budget to an untested creative
Cast, shoot and edit a film in order to find out whether the idea worked
Ask research respondents to imagine a finished commercial from rough frames
Wait weeks between concept approval and consumer feedback
The Result
A polished AI-led animatics film that matched the client's vision and captured the brand's playful, youthful language.
It did more than pass consumer testing. The research validated the concept, and Everyuth took that validated creative into full-scale production with actors - launching a commercial built on an idea their target audience had already approved.
The animatic became the creative foundation of the shoot that followed.

The Trends we See
Consumer testing is one of the stages AI is quietly transforming. Brands can now put a near-finished film in front of their audience before committing production budget, and make the spend decision on evidence instead of instinct.
This is how we help brands test creative before they shoot it.
