What We Deliver
All IndieVisual Services are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical goods, and no shipping charges apply.
How We Deliver
Review cuts are shared through a secure online review link or our project system. Final Deliverables are shared as downloadable files through a secure link, in the formats, resolutions and aspect ratios stated in the package or proposal. The Client should download and store final files within 30 days of delivery, after which links may expire. We retain project files for one year from completion of the project, and can reshare them on request during that time within a period of 3 working days.
Delivery Timelines
3.1.
Each package page states an indicative delivery timeline. For brief-based projects, the timeline is set out in the production proposal.
3.2.
Timelines start once we receive the advance payment and all materials needed from the Client, and depend on the Client's feedback and approvals at each stage.
3.3.
Final Deliverables are released once all invoices due have been paid.
3.4.
Delays caused by late feedback, changes to approved scripts or storyboards, unavailable locations or participants, or events beyond our control extend the timeline by a corresponding period.
Confirmation of Delivery
We confirm delivery by email to the Client's point of contact. If a link does not work or a file is corrupted, email shoot@indievisual.in and we will reshare it within one working day.
