Woodkraft is a leading corporate real estate interior solutions company, providing high-quality office fit-outs for major brands. They focus on creating functional and well-designed workspaces using advanced technology and expert craftsmanship. Woodkraft ensures a smooth and efficient process – from planning to completion, making them a reliable partner for office transformations.
The Ask
Woodkraft approached us to create two real estate walkthrough videos that would highlight their expertise in interior solutions and showcase their workspace transformation process in an engaging and dynamic way. They wanted us to capture how they build office spaces for corporate clients—right from the initial construction stages to the final, polished workspace.
The Execution Process
We began with detailed discussions with the Woodkraft’s team to understand their vision and brand messaging. Based on these insights, we developed the concept and shooting plan to ensure both videos effectively captured the entire transformation process. The shoot was scheduled for three days at their client’s office in Hyderabad across a period of about 3 months. We carefully planned to document key moments of the office setup from start to finish.
For both the real estate walkthrough videos, we used multiple camera angles and a drone to capture the entire office setup, including the building’s façade.
Timelapse shots were used to highlight each stage of the transformation, making the progress visually engaging. Once the office makeover was fully completed, we focused on the final showcase video. We used cinematic filming techniques like smooth motion shots, wide-angle views, and dynamic lighting to present the space in the best possible way.
The shoot was completed in three days with a crew of 5-6 members, and the editing took two weeks. From ideation to final delivery, the entire project took about three weeks.
Beyond the creative work, we also handled all the administrative tasks, including contracts, agreements, and payments, ensuring a smooth process for Woodkraft.
