Vi Business
Vi Business - formerly known as Vodafone Idea Business Services - offers enterprise-grade mobility, connectivity, security, cloud, and IoT solutions to Indian businesses of all sizes. Known for its deep partnerships with clients, Vi Business is focused on driving digital transformation through custom enterprise solutions. This was our first collaboration with their internal agency team.
The Ask
Vi TeeWalk, an annual B2B event hosted across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore, is designed as a blend of golf and networking for CXOs and senior decision-makers from Vi Business’ client network.
The brand needed:
1 high-energy invitation video to create buzz around the event
3 short-form videos featuring pro golfer Ridhima Dilawari, who would share golf tips in an engaging, friendly tone.
We were creating videos for Instagram, but not targeted to everyone - these were meant for a very specific group of CEOs and other top executives from large enterprises.
The style we were going for was something that felt approachable and genuine, with clean visuals that had a touch of personality. We wanted to avoid that overly formal, buttoned-up corporate feel that makes people tune out, while still looking sophisticated and elegant.
The Execution
The scripting process was a collaborative effort between us and the client’s agency. While the broad idea and talent were pre-decided, we handled:

All aspects of production and post-production
Our team handled everything from figuring out where to set up the cameras to making sure we could actually get all the shots we needed. We had to keep everyone happy—staying true to the brand's look and feel while also meeting what the agency wanted from us.
What we're really proud of is how we pulled off this dynamic, sports-action footage that felt alive and energetic, even though we were working with crazy tight deadlines. The tricky part was making sure all that high-energy content still felt like it belonged to Vi's brand - keeping that professional business vibe while capturing all the excitement and movement.

The Result
We had just one day to get everything done, and Ridhima had to catch a flight right after we wrapped up. Between dodging golf balls and dealing with the light constantly changing on us, we had to be super precise with every single shot. Despite all the craziness, we pulled it off smoothly and delivered all four videos in the right Instagram format without any hassles.
We turned around all four videos in just two weeks from filming to the final edits – pretty agile, if we do say so ourselves!
The videos hit that perfect balance we were aiming for: they had personality and kept people watching, but they were still polished enough for a high-end business audience. Both the client and agency were happy with how quickly we delivered and loved what we created. Since then, we’ve worked together on two more projects.
